I want to extend a special thank you to the development and support teams at InfoReach for designing, implementing, and continuously supporting our state-of-the-art trading platform. The proprietary trade optimization algorithms embedded in TMS enabled us to prepare and instruct the $9 billion rebalance trade in under one hour, which is an incredible improvement compared to previous years. There were almost 15,000 individual orders across 32 funds with an overwhelming amount of overlapping names and liquidity demands of up to 30 times average daily trading volume.

The level of technical support provided by InfoReach in assisting the configuration and testing was outstanding and in sharp contrast to other experiences.

I was very pleased with the success of TMS 6.2 release. I know at times I can be a “task master”, but in the end, it really reflects on the quality product that InfoReach delivers. The fact that everything worked, that there were NO problems stood out in management’s eyes.

This release was a real plus for InfoReach. I appreciated all the effort that John, Steve, Rich, Kristine and Andy did to ensure a pristine release. Keep up the good work! It’s a pleasure to work with such conscientious people.

This may seem a trivial issue that your support should have done the job anyway but just wanted to mention Dasha and Andrey were extremely proactive today and saved us from hassle, the issue was on our end. I could not ask more from a top service support team. Please somehow pass well done in your way, especially for Dasha that is a new addition to the Inforeach support team and is still picking up knowledge.

I wanted to highlight some fantastic support I received today on a problem that was more about our reputation than anything else.

We’ve had an unusual request to replay some execution reports from last week on two portfolios with like names: long story short, it’s complicated and I’ve never come across such a requirement in my 20 years in the business.

After a quick chat in the morning, we decided to give it a try as the customer was adamant and willing to wait.

That’s where your team came through.

I am humbled after witnessing their professionalism, perseverance, and attitude. We bury them with requests and issues and they remain calm and collected with nothing but goodwill.

This was my hour of need and desperation and I got the help I needed.

You are probably aware but what we asked for has been delivered (Unix GUI). Testing has been pretty smooth so far on our end. Ofc we have small improvements to work on but at this point, we feel comfortable to turn off of [OMS Vendor name redacted] and start 2021 with InfoReach as our main OMS provider in the US.

We’re progressing with our deployment of the InfoReach PT-oriented system for the US desk. We are getting tremendous help from your guys and Vlad is coming through in a big way.

I’m happy with the progress on the algo-testing framework. Konstantin, Alex M, Alex D, Justin, and Paul are doing a great job. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. You have a very good team.

All questions/issues with their servers setup in our cage were resolved ASAP. Ruslan addressed them accurately and quickly.

I am sad to report that I no longer have access to Inforeach for trading.  I have found your trading software to be some of the best that I have used during my 20+ year trading career.  And the real standout of using Inforeach software has been the excellent service. Your response and turnaround times for updates are second to none in our industry.

I would like to take this chance to thank your team for making this happen. We have been live for a week, we have successfully rolled out the project with great success.  Our traders love the TMS. I am sure that they are now not able to go back to [OMS Vendor name redacted] anymore. Eugene, Andrey, Daria, and Vlad have really done an excellent job as they always do. Without them, I can hardly imagine we can come to this stage with this level of success. We still have quite a long list of minor issues and enhancements that we have to work on, but I would say it is expected in any kind of migration. Thanks all.
